NO. I do NOT charge by the hour. The wedding session fee includes all of my time, up to 7 hours of coverage. If you need additional coverage, that can be found down below in the “add on” section of this page.
Please see the “add on” section below for all of the additional add ons that I offer. While a second photographer is not critical for every wedding, some clients like to have that extra set of eyes.
Yes, the deposit is a flat $200 fee. Payment of this deposit confirms the reservation of your wedding date. This is a non-refundable deposit. This deposit does get applied toward the wedding payment when that comes due.
The deposit is due whenever you want your wedding date reserved and set in stone on my calendar. Once this is paid your date is reserved and nobody else can book it.
Yes, a consultation meeting is included. I recommend to schedule this meeting with me approximately 8-9 months before your date (or immediately if you booked after that time frame) so we can go over and sign the contract as well as go over initial questions.
Yes, this meeting is actually required. Usually the second consultation meeting will be held one month before your wedding. During that meeting we can discuss more specifically what your day will look like, in regards to the images being captured, as well as go over the timeline.
You truly do have us all day, with no hourly charges. From getting ready, all the way to the reception/dancing time! The only exception to this is if you need coverage in addition to the 7 included hours. If that is the case I have add on hours that you can calculate below if needed.
As the photographers of your wedding, we want to be as unnoticeable as possible, yet still distinguishable if you need us. We dress in black polo shirts with our name/logo on it, so you and your guests know it’s us, plus grey dress pants.
Yes! I love to collaborate with my couples and if you have an idea of specific shots you want captured (ex. specific family/friend arrangements, an area of the venue, etc..) we will be more than happy to accommodate that. Just remember each wedding is different and we do not guarantee specific shots because of timeline/venue restrictions.
All payments (deposit, wedding payment, image purchases, etc…) will be handled by online invoicing. I will simply send an email with the invoice price and you checkout online using a credit/debit card.
I have a 3-7 day turn around time to get your images uploaded. About a week after your wedding expect an email from me with the link to your personal online gallery, where you can favorite, share, and start to decide what images you would like edited.
Your online gallery with all of your images will be online for up to three months after the date it was posted or once you have made all your purchases.
This varies based on what you order, however usually it takes about 30-60 days for your items to be edited. I edit all images personally. Once they are done you will get a download code to download them from your gallery!
You receive your digital images by download through your online gallery. Once you purchase your digital images, I will supply the download code for you to enter and download them from your online gallery!
No, sales tax is not included in the pricing below. Please reach out if you would like to get a specific all in quote with that included ahead of time.

Additional images can be purchased with each option for $100 in 25 image increments.
All of these "add ons" are optional a la carte selections.
This option allows you to receive all of the images you selected pre-installed onto a flash drive, delivered to your door, that you can keep with you forever. This is a great option for people who want to give out the images they purchased as gifts to family and friends. There is no limit on how many drives you can purchase.
